Formerly trained by Karl Burke the son of Havanna Gold won the Group 2 Cazoo Sandy Lane Stakes at Haydock and the Listed Spring Cup Stakes. Winning six races on the bounce El Caballo was successful over 5, 6 and 7 furlongs and was a 4L two-year-old winner. El Caballo is out of Showcasing mare Showstoppa, herself a 4-time winner and dam of five winners. As the only other stallion to stand at stud by the same sire as Havana Grey El Caballo offers breeders incredible value on a speed-on-speed pedigree.

El Caballo continues to build strong momentum with breeders, covering another book of over 100 mares in his second season at stud. His first foals have already earned praise for their power, substance and athletic presence - showing all the attributes that mark them out as exciting young prospects.
